Dr. Daniel Cosgrove, MD
Dr. Cosgrove is the Founder and has served as the Medical Director of WellMax since 1998. “We consider that our patients may require a more personalized approach to their healthcare, especially for those busy individuals constantly on the go. We answer by offering the finest healthcare services that include executive physicals, Bredesen Protocol, and concierge medicine.”
Dr. Cosgrove earned a psychobiology degree from UCLA and received an M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He then trained in Internal Medicine at University of Utah Medical Center before opening WellMax in 1998.
